Three new rhinos arrive from Czech Republic

The three black rhinos (subspecies Diceros bicornis michaeli) were donated to the Director of Wildlife, under the care of the Mkomazi Rhino Sanctuary and the Trust, by the Dvur Kralove Zoo, Czech Republic. Tstese flies

We are working with a veterinary officer from TANAPA (Tanzania National Parks) to set out tsetse targets around the area of the rhino holding compounds and paddocks.  This will help the incoming rhino from Europe adapt slowly to tsetse flies. …link
